Paul Young, the firm’s managing partner, practices in all areas of labour and employment law with a particular emphasis on grievance arbitration and collective bargaining. Paul has extensive experience advising employers on a broad range of issues in both the public and private sectors.
Paul has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and obtained his law degree from Queen’s University in 1982. Paul’s practice has been restricted to labour and employment law since his call to the bar in 1984.
Paul is a member of the Ontario Bar Association. He is also a member of The Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers’ Association and the Advocates’ Society. Paul speaks frequently on a broad range of labour and employment law issues.
