Mr. Simon is a Partner at Van Olmen & Wynant, specialising in employment law.
Mr. Simon has extensive experience in various aspects of individual employment law, such as employment contracts, service agreements, individual dismissals and self-employment issues, as well as collective labour law, including collective actions and strikes, social security and transfer of undertakings. In particular, he focuses on privacy issues related to the use of new technologies and discrimination and harassment issues in the workplace.
Mr. Simon regularly acts on these topics before Belgian Labour Courts and has therefore acquired considerable knowledge in this area. He also has particular expertise in day-to-day advice both from a law firm and client perspective, through secondments with large corporate clients.
