Håkon Andreassen specialises in collective and individual labour law, as well as personal data and privacy issues. He assists private and public actors both with advice in negotiations and as a legal assistant in disputes. He has extensive experience with reorganisations and downsising, business transfers, staff conflicts, dismissals, notification cases, privacy and pension-related issues. Håkon’s background includes the establishment and interpretation of collective agreements and related procedures. He also counsels foreign companies on matters of pay and working conditions and the secondment of employees. Head of privacy networks for managers and for legal director networks, Håkon joined Storeng, Beck & Due Lund as a partner in 2020.
