Attended by more than 450 HR professionals and in-house counsel HR Forum is a major event in the Norwegian HR community. SBDL answered questions regarding employment law and offered legal counselling to participants of the conference. SBDL was represented by partners Kari Andersen and Anne-Lise Rolland, associates Mona M. McKiernan and Kristian Foss Aalmo and paralegal Wenche-Line Bakke. HR Forum is an important event for SBDL as part of the firm’s partnership with the national organisation “HR Norway”, which is an independent organisation for HR professionals and managers. Through the partnership SBDL leads numerous courses and seminars for HR Norway’s members, and offers legal advice on a day-to-day basis for their members through the service “The Employment Law phone service”. The partnership with HR Norway is an excellent opportunity for SBDL to connect with potential clients and a key component in SBDL’s business development.
