Belgium has introduced reforms regarding the psychosocial well-being of workers.
The legislator now aims to protect workers not only against acts of violence, moral or sexual harassment, but also against other health risks such as stress, burn-out and conflicts at work.
This new concept revolves around two key steps, namely:
- the risk analysis – prevention measures
- the request for psychosocial intervention
