Mr. Giorgio Treglia has worked for over 30 years in the labour-law market. He is recognized nationwide as one of the leading experts in Labour Law and in Procedural Labour Law. His expertise covers the full range of labour and employment law matters; litigation, drafting and management of employment and quasi-employment contracts; dismissals and related procedures. He also provides assistance to top managers and executives in the banking and financial, insurance, industrial and journalism sectors. Mr. Treglia is a specialist in the field of corporate acquisitions, the utilization of unemployment benefit schemes, trade union relations and complex transactions. He has also collaborated with the Bankruptcy Division of the Court of Milan with respect to labour law issues. Some of his major clients include Conad, Wagon Lits, Parmigiani Fleurier, Banca Passadore and IULM, amongst others.
Ms. Francesca Maria Valle graduated in civil procedural law at the Milan State University in 1996. She has been registered with the Register of Higher Courts since 2013, a member of the Bar Association since 2000 and is also an AGI member. She has been a partner at the Treglia Valle Law Firm since 2003, even during the brief experience with Danovi (2008-2013). Prior to 2008, she worked in her family-owned law firm with her father, criminal lawyer Ezio Maria Valle. She is specialized in labour law and has gained experience in litigation management, including before the higher courts, in the management of work relations and, in particular, managerial relations in the field of health protection and safety at workplaces as well as contracts, sales, transfers and leases of enterprises (also in regard to criminal law aspects). She has also provided assistance with respect to labour law issues within bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. She also provides strategic consulting to managers and enterprises and assists with corporate reorganization processes. Further, she is well versed in the subjects of welfare and social security in regard to the assessment and penalty-imposing activity of the agencies and administrative and legal proceedings.
