L&E Global is pleased to present Chronicles Employment Law 2016, co-authored by our colleagues Christiaan Oberman (Partner) and Karol Hillebrandt (Senior Associate) at Palth Oberman, L&E Global’s member firm in the Netherlands.
Chronicles, Employment Law 2016 was recently published in the esteemed Journal of the Netherlands Bar Association. The Chronicle provides an overview of the most important developments in the field of labour and employment law during the past year, which was characterized by the new and transformative Work and Security Act. It also includes decisions rendered by courts throughout the Netherlands concerning:
- collective labour law and participation law;
- the state’s liability for the incorrect implementation of a European guideline;
- qualification of an employment contract;
- transfer of undertaking; and,
- cancellation of an employment contract.
Palth Oberman’s contribution to the Journal of the Netherlands Bar Association illustrates L&E Global’s commitment to offering the most comprehensive legal analysis capabilities and insight from around the world, now and in the future.
