LABLAW Appoints 3 New Partners From Its Own Ranks

MILAN – LABLAW goes from strength to strength with the promotion of 3 senior associates to the partnership, which brings the number of partners at LABLAW to 17. The new partners are Cristina Baglioni who is based in LABLAW’s Rome office together with Paola Gobbi and Andrea Savoia who are based in LABLAW’s Milan office.

Cristina BaglioniCristina Baglioni graduated from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’, with a thesis in employment law and her areas of expertise are labour law, industrial relations and employment related litigation. Her professional experience focuses on providing labour and employment law counsel to national and multinational businesses, as well as advising clients on all phases of the employment relationship, with particular reference to recruitment, remuneration, non-compete agreements, incentive schemes, stock option plans, disciplinary procedures, collective redundancies, layoffs, and the termination of working relationships.

Paola GobbiPaola Gobbi, who is a graduate of the University of Milan ‘degli Studi’, has through the course of her professional career developed extensive experience advising clients on contentious employment law matters. She has a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors including: banking and financial services, industrial, professional services and publishing, – acting for leading national and multinational companies operating in Italy. Paola deals with individual and collective redundancies, restructurings, trade union agreements, stock option plans, full time and part time employment contracts, loyalty agreements, financial advisers and commercial agency relationships.

Andrea SavoiaAndrea Savoia, who is a graduate of the Catholic University of Milan, focuses his practice on employment law assisting both Italian and multinational businesses on all contractual aspects of the employer/employee relationship, as well as that of financial advisers and commercial agents, and any subsequent litigation arising. He also has extensive experience in advising clients on transfers of undertakings, reduction of personnel, employment contracts for expatriates, as well as counseling CEO’s and executives during the negotiation phase of their employment contracts and the termination of them.

Paola Gobbi and Andrea Savoia have worked with partner Olimpio Stucchi for over 10 years. Prior to joining LABLAW in October 2011, Olimpio Stucchi, Paola Gobbi and Andrea Savoia had all worked together, since 2002, at the employment law department of the Italian firm of Carnelutti.
