LABLAW Strengthens its International Team with New Partner Sharon Reilly

LABLAW is pleased to announce the appointment of Sharon Reilly as a partner. Sharon is a dual qualified, bilingual UK and Italian lawyer. She graduated from Glasgow University in 1983 and spent the first four years of her career at Ross Harper & Murphy in Scotland. She then moved onto John S. Boyle, Solicitors, where she worked for six years, initially as a senior associate and later as a partner.

Sharon ReillyOn moving to Italy Sharon spent seven years at the boutique employment firm of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, gaining extensive experience in the ‘business of lawyering’ in an international environment. During that time she also collaborated with Franco Toffoletto on key projects for the Ius Laboris Alliance.

In 2011 Sharon co-founded the Italian niche firm, the Employment Law Plant (hELP). She was the partner in charge of the firm’s international business, strategic planning and expansion, setting up and running a network of specialist employment lawyers in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Sharon’s proven track record in managing cross-border HR projects for global companies, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of global employment law alliances, offers ‘added-value’ to clients worldwide.

Sharon is a regular speaker at international conferences and has contributed to a number of articles and publications. She is a member of both the International Bar Association (IBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA).
