Benjamin Krief holds a Ph. D. in Law at University of Pantheon-Assas (Paris II), as well as a Masters degree in labor and employment law. His thesis concerning the emergence of a European law of collective representation was recently published (Pantheon-Assas editions, 2011), and was the subject of thesis prizes. Mr. Krief is an instructor at the University of Pantheon-Assas (Paris II) and recently joined the law firm of Flichy Grange. Currently, Mr. Krief is completing a legal internship at the New York City office of Jackson Lewis, LLP, a national workplace law firm and member of L&E Global, an international alliance of employment boutiques.
